About
Who we are
What company is behind this vacancy?
Pulse Call is an international call centre operating since 2020. The company is present in more than ten European countries, with over 200 operators on the team. Legal details are listed in the site documents.
What exactly do operators do?
They call clients from a base provided by the company, advise them on products and process deals in the CRM. There is no need to find clients yourself.
What do you sell?
Simple consumer goods, including beauty products. All products are legal, certified and compliant with regulations.
Is this network marketing or a subscription?
No. You receive a salary for working as an operator: an hourly rate plus a percentage of sales. No fees, no purchases, no paid training.
Employment
Who we hire
Is sales experience required?
No. Training starts from scratch and scripts are provided before your first calls. Call centre or sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
What language level is required?
B2+ in the division language — confident spoken and written. You do not need to be a native speaker, an accent is fine. Divisions: Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian.
Are there age restrictions?
The job is open to candidates aged 18 and over.
Which country do I need to be in?
We hire by language, not by place of residence. The work is remote, so what matters is command of the division language and a stable internet connection.
What equipment do I need?
A laptop or computer and a stable internet connection. A headset is recommended. Nothing else needs to be purchased.
Conditions
Money and schedule
How much can I earn?
Up to €2000 a month. This is the top of the range, not a guaranteed amount: income consists of an hourly rate plus a percentage of sales and depends on hours worked and results.
How often are payouts made?
Every 10 days. The first payout arrives without waiting for the end of the month.
What is the schedule?
The main pattern is 2 days on, 2 days off. Switching to 5/2 is possible by agreement with your manager.
Are there bonuses?
Yes. €150 for completed training — paid after your first full month. And up to €300 for every friend you refer who passes selection and works a calendar month.
How long is the training and is it paid?
From 3 to 7 days, depending on how engaged you are. A €150 bonus is paid for completed training after your first month of work.
Selection stages
How hiring works
What happens after I apply?
Our HR team contacts you for a short interview: we get to know you, answer your questions and check your language level. After that comes training and your first calls beside a mentor.
How quickly do you reply to applications?
Usually within a few working days. When there are many applications, processing can take longer — we do not guarantee a response time.
Is there a test assignment?
There is no separate test assignment. Your language level and conversational manner are clear from the interview.
Do the tests on the site affect selection?
No. The tests in the "Tests" section are entertaining and informative. Their results are not passed on anywhere and do not affect the decision on your application.
What happens to my data if I am not hired?
Your application is kept for 6 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted. With your separate consent we may keep it for a year in order to offer you other positions. You can request deletion at any time by writing to hr@pulse-call.com.
